Fabulous antique, black velvet evening bag, with hallmarked sterling putti frame of children playing with angels and a garland of roses!  Very fancy frame with scrolls and lattice florals. The body of the purse is handmade gathered puffed black velvet in perfect condition. Inside is lined by the satin side of the velvet. No pockets. Sterling carry chain and twist kiss closeure.
 
This is a stunning evening bag that will never disappoint.
