French Hand Cut Steel Shoe Buckles

A nice pair of French hand cut steel shoe buckles, individually riveted to the frame, have a bar across the back and someone has sewed on a fold-over clip which are not original to the clip.
The detachable fastener is long gone.
One buckle is perfect and one is missing 3 steel stud 'beads'.
The are great buckles to adorn shoes, hats, purses or use in jewelry making.
