These unsigned, fancy pavé rhinestone shoe clip buckles appear very old.  Heavy silver tone metal set with rhinestones. There is a metal bar across the backs, but no fastener.
 
These buckles would slide on a scarf, belt or other item that would slip through the back bar. Lovely, lovely.
 
Condition: Excellent Antique ~ Stones all present & original
Measures:  2 1/2" x 1 1/4"
