Ornate Vintage Faux Tortoise Shell Shoe Clips

Plastic shop clip buckles, possibly bakelite or celluloid, that resemble tortoise shell. The plastic bases are not perfectly matched in color, but you don't see that unless you inspect very closely. The clips are covered by ornate gold tone metal filigree.

The backs are lined in black leather & have fold over clips.
