ONLY Domestic shipping costs are included in the selling price. Check your item to be sure. International buyers must pay actual shipping costs to be determined before purchase.
Buyer is responsible for any insurance costs and is required for items over $100.
Seller is not responsible for uninsured items.
Shipping: We ship by USPS Priority or First Class Mail, unless you request otherwise. We will ship two or three times per week.
Insurance: We highly recommend insurance on all items. If you need to make a claim please understand that the buyer must make the claim. As such you are advised to keep original packing & item to prove claim. We will assist you in any way we are able. This would include a copy of the shipping receipt. All items over $100 must be insured. We take great care in packaging.
Returns & Refunds: We must be notified immediately if there is a problem with your purchase. All returns subject to specific situation. There are no refunds for any fees related to shipping, including insurance & packaging.
PAYMENT: We accept Paypal www.paypal.com , personal checks, & USPS money orders all payable in US dollars through a US bank. Personal & other checks must clear before item is sent. This takes about 7 days. We do not accept Cashier's Checks.
Tax will be charged if applicable. Colorado residents will be charged current % sales tax to the selling price.
CUSTOMERS: We accept Paypal, International Money orders in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. Bank.
International Buyers Note: All International shipping is by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail International or Express International in a secure box with tracking capabilities. No exceptions! Additional insurance is recommended on all items. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. International insurance $2.30 for up to $50, $3.30 for up to $100 plus .90¢ for each additional $100 of insurance.
Most items will arrive in less than 14 days, but occassionally items may take 90 days to arrive & clear customs. We will not give refunds before 90 days.
