Has an adjustable gold tone chain clasp and all mesh tiles are present and in good

The white enamel is what I call dead white as opposed to cream or off white.
The
Whiting Chain Company, a separate jewelry/accessory company was started by Whiting & Davis in the 1912's until
the mid 1930's to make jewelry and accessories. Whiting & Davis continued making jewelry accessories into the 1990's.
Most of these popular bib bandanas where made in silver or gold mesh, so a white one
is rather rare.
