A symbolic, wild, unique and lovely KGL large, chunky hand, with the All Seeing Eye, pendant necklace. 
 
Egyptian inspired, with black rhinestone All Seeing 'Eye' of Horis? ~ a popular motif. The 'fingernails' are little loops and one could concievably add some charms to this necklace.
Eye on one side only.
Very striking indeed!
