Large brooch features a Victorian lady on molded black plastic that may be Bakelite. The cameo is centered on an oval clear carved Lucite base. 
 
A C clasp is attached to lucite dowels on the Lucite base. It is NOT glued. 
Circa 1940's.
 
Good sized brooch in wonderful condition.
Excellent detail on M'Lady.
