This
is an exceptionally nice vintage 1950's or 1960's royal blue hand beaded purse complete with beaded
rope handle.
If
there are any missing beads on the body of the purse, I cannot find them. I believe every bead is present; even around the
hinge areas.
The beaded rope handle is missing
beads but are not very noticeable and do not detract.
The
flip over lid closeure is trimmed in a gold tone metal. The frame is also gold tone metal in wonderful original
shiny condition.
Beading the same on both sides.
No fading or other issues to note;
No stains, no tears or rips.
Royal
blue satin lining with two pockets all in near mint condition.
In fine original condition.
A classic 1950's evening bag with many remaining years of service.
