Baby fine El Sah mesh purse by Whiting & Davis enameled in green, blue,orange and fuchsia.

It has a gold tone frame embossed with a floral design. Very nice ruffle trim across bottom. Original lemon lining in good condition. Colors are good and strong. No missing links, attached under hinges.
