Fancy vintage tan sun parasol with rust ruffles. Bamboo handle also trimmed in rust ruffle. Parasol and ruffles made of silky material.
 
While this parasol would deter some rain, I believe it is actually a shade parasol rather than a rain umbrella.
Nice looking and in great condition.
